At AAB Venture Capital, transparency, accountability, and investor confidence are at the heart of everything we do. While the firm is led by a single General Partner, we have established a Trust Committee to ensure continuity, oversight, and governance in the General Partner’s absence. The Trust Committee is composed of experienced professionals who provide independent review and guidance on key matters, safeguarding investor interests and upholding AAB’s core values of honesty, integrity, trust, and reliability. This structure ensures that decisions remain consistent with our founding principles and that the stewardship of investor capital continues seamlessly at all times.
